Returns & Refunds
Please read this policy before placing an order. By completing checkout you agree to these terms.
1. Confirmed delivery orders — sales are final
Once your delivery order has been confirmed by us and dispatched, the sale is final.
This applies to all products, including items that are unopened, sealed, or unused. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong shade or size chosen by the customer, or because you no longer want the item.
2. When we will refund or replace
We will offer a refund or replacement only if the product you received is:
- Broken — damaged in transit or before handover through no fault of yours;
- Defective — faulty or not working as a new product should; or
- Damaged — physically damaged when it reaches you.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with:
- Your name and order details;
- A clear photo showing the break, defect, or damage; and
- The product and packaging where possible.
We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund by cash or mobile money. Delivery fees are not refunded unless the entire order was faulty.
3. Pickup orders
For pickup at our shop, please inspect your items before you leave. Once you have collected and accepted the order, the sale is final except where a defect is reported within 48 hours as described above.
4. Cosmetics and hygiene products
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned. Sealed items on confirmed delivery orders remain non-refundable except for break, defect, or damage as set out in section 2.

6. Repair services
Repairs and repair quotes are not covered by this policy. See our Repair Terms.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law in Seychelles where those rights cannot be excluded by agreement.
