These terms apply to your use of the Michelle's Boutique website and to orders placed through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Website use
You may browse our site and use it to request orders and repair quotes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information.
3. Orders
- Placing an order on this website is a request, not a completed sale.
- We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability, total price, and pickup or delivery arrangements.
- A sale is complete only when we confirm your order and you accept the final terms at payment.
- We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud or abuse.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in Seychelles Rupees (SCR) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and stock levels may change without notice until your order is confirmed.
- We do not accept online payment. Payment is due on pickup or delivery by cash or mobile money, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Delivery fees (where applicable) are added to your order total before confirmation.
5. Delivery and pickup
Delivery zones, fees, and pickup details are described on our Delivery & Pickup page and at checkout. You must provide accurate contact and address details for delivery orders.
6. Returns and refunds
Our returns policy is set out on the Returns & Refunds page. By placing an order you acknowledge that policy, including that confirmed delivery orders are final except where goods are broken, defective, or damaged.
7. Repair services
Repair quotes and completed repair work are governed by our separate Repair Terms.
8. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images on screen. Cosmetics and beauty products should be used according to label instructions. We are an independent retailer; brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Seychelles:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers (including Wheelie) once goods have been handed over for delivery.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Seychelles law, including under the Fair Trading Act.
10. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Disputes should first be raised with us directly so we can try to resolve them fairly.
